A. No, you can choose if or when you want to build. There are no time restrictions on any of our lots.
Q. How do I get phone service and electrical power to my lot?
A. Call your local phone company and local power company for more information.
Q. Are there any deed restrictions on my lot?
A. Check the lot description page to verify deed restrictions.
Q. Are mobile homes allowed on my lot?
A. No. 99% of our lots are "homes only" lots. Any lot that allows mobile homes will be clearly advertised as a "mobile home lot"
Q. Are there schools and hospitals near my lot?
A. Check the lot description page which will name schools and hospitals and the approximate distances from your lot.
Q. How close is my lot to shopping malls and entertainment?

Q. Approximately how much will my closing costs be and who will pay?
A. Closing costs vary depending on the purchase price but are typically between $400-$600. On cash transactions we split the closing costs 50/50. If you finance the lot through your own bank or mortgage company you will be responsible for any of their additional costs associated with the mortgage.
Q. Who handles the sale of the property?
A. We use a local title company in Ocala that we have worked with for several years. If you prefer to use your own title company you will be responsible for all closing costs.
